Two monthly memberships are offered. On The Glow Facial, at $79 a month, includes deep cleansing with steam and a fruit enzyme exfoliation each month. The Gentleman's Glo Up membership, at $99 a month, covers skin care along with razor bump prevention. Members can reschedule a monthly appointment up to two times with at least 24 hours' notice, and after a second reschedule or a same-day cancellation that month's facial and any unused services are forfeited. Membership fees are non-refundable and do not carry over to later months.

Many treatments can be paired with add-ons such as a lip scrub, a hydrating jelly mask, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion or dermaplaning. A skin analysis consult costs $45 and runs 20 to 30 minutes; extractions are not included. BioRePeel, a medical-grade non-invasive peel using TCA, amino acids and vitamins, requires a consultation before it can be booked.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's Vagaro page. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed Sundays. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes early are asked to wait in the lobby, and guests may not bring extra people to appointments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $40 fee applies when the salon is not notified during business hours. Retainers are non-refundable and go toward the upcoming appointment. Gift certificates for skin care, massage and spa services are available, along with daily deals on skin care and first-time client services.
