New clients can book a New Set, which removes current extensions and applies a new set in a single appointment, taking about an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half. The studio suggests a separate removal visit a few days before a New Set to give natural lashes time to rest. The removal portion is priced by how many lashes remain, from $25 to $35, and the technician may waive that fee if only a few are left. Standalone removal is listed at $35 and takes about 30 minutes.

Lashes from other salons can be filled here if at least 40% of the extensions are intact and there is no redness, swelling, cluster lashes or excessive glue. Lashes that do not meet these standards are recommended for removal and a fresh set.
