The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. A $20 deposit is required for most services when booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 40% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment. It is also available for packages. Package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a service is booked through the services page.

Basic shampoo and conditioning is included with services. Braiding hair is included in all braiding services, and crochet hair is included while supplies last. Boho hair is also sold at $50 per pack. Color work starts with a consultation, offered by phone or in person, before any color service is done, and the final color price is set after that consultation.
