Skin treatments, including facials and peels, are tailored to the individual client's skin concerns. The facial hydrogel mask contains Onsen-sui and volcanic water from Jeju, along with amino acids and antioxidants. Natural ingredients are paired with medical-grade procedures at the spa, which stocks the Ilcsi and Image Skincare lines. Clients can add LED light therapy, microcurrent, microdermabrasion or the Hungarian Organic Peel to other facials or treatments, unless a contraindication applies.

Microblading is done with the Phibrows semi-permanent method, using a manual tool to draw hair-like strokes, and the spa uses disposable sterile tools. Brow shape is calculated using the golden ratio and each client's face shape, and symmetry is checked with the eyes closed so the brow muscles are relaxed. Pigment is chosen one to two shades darker than the natural brow and lightens as it heals. The spa says it takes safety precautions in every cosmetic tattoo process and that results can last up to two years. A 30-minute consultation comes first, and its fee is applied to the full brow service if the client goes ahead. Touch-ups are for returning clients and are scheduled 24 to 48 months after the original procedure, with retouching suggested about every two years.

Waxing uses products with natural, gentle ingredients, and the spa specializes in Brazilian waxing. Technicians do not re-dip a used waxing stick into the wax. Clients are advised to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds and hydroxy acid, benzoyl peroxide or retinol products for 24 to 48 hours before and after waxing. The spa does not wax clients using Accutane, Doxycycline, Retin-A or other prescription topical creams without the required waiting periods.

Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted. Online bookings require a deposit of $25 for services up to $100 or $50 for services over $100. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit is forfeited for arrivals more than 15 minutes late or late cancellations. Gift cards can be used toward services and retail purchases at the location, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
