The manicure menu centers on the LUV Manicure, which covers nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a warm lotion massage and a UV gel polish finish. The pedicure menu runs in four tiers, from the LUV Pedicure up to the Diamond CBD Spa Pedicure, which uses hemp CBD and ingredients the salon describes as certified organic. The Royal Pedicure adds paraffin, an exfoliating scrub, lotion and hot towels, and the salon lists it as an option for clients with dry soles. The Pamper Pedicure uses a treatment the salon calls Mega Eruption Technology, made with natural-based ingredients and collagen.

Nail enhancements include acrylic full sets, acrylic fills, overlays, dipping powder, pink and white ombre acrylic sets and Gel X extensions. Add-ons cover nail repair, cuticle cutting, deep French or V line work, soak off, extra length and custom design. The salon recommends fills or refills every two to three weeks and no longer than three weeks between them, and gel polish is guaranteed for up to two weeks depending on wear.

Waxing is offered for lip, chin, eyebrow and full face, and eyelash extensions and tinted eyebrows are also available. Listed prices are cash prices, and paying by card costs slightly more. The salon accepts cash, major credit cards, Passion Nails gift certificates, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash and Cash App, but not checks. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and cards presented after expiry are not redeemed.

Hygiene is a core part of how the salon works, with single-use buffers and files discarded after each client and paraffin never reused between clients. Every pedicure is done with liner protection, and staff follow a sanitization protocol that the salon says puts client hygiene first.
