The lash menu runs from classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look and added length, to volume styles that fan several lightweight lashes onto each natural lash. Two-D volume and hybrid options combine techniques, and mega volume places up to 16 extensions on a single natural lash. Full sets and refills are priced by style and by the number of weeks since the last visit, and a refill needs 40 to 50 percent of the existing lashes to remain; otherwise it is charged as a full set at full price. Lash tint and a Korean lash lift, which curls lashes from base to tip, are also offered, alone or combined.

Brow work includes brow tinting, brow lamination (a semi-permanent treatment for smoother, shinier brows, also called an eyebrow perm), a combined lamination and tint, and touch-ups. Ombre brow shading and combo brows are offered as longer semi-permanent makeup treatments, and eyeliner work includes ombre eyeliners and touch-ups. Semi-permanent eyebrows and eyeliners each include a touch-up four to six weeks after the first visit. Waxing covers the face, lip, chin, sideburns, eyebrows, underarms and arms.

Booking requires a deposit and can be made online through GlossGenius, which offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Appointments can be cancelled by phone or online at least 24 hours ahead for a refund to the original card; cancellations made later are not refunded. Late arrivals are not charged a fee, but a late arrival may shorten the appointment while the full session is still charged. Clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the salon within 48 hours. The salon does not refund services but offers a free removal if the client is not satisfied.

Lash extensions are applied to each individual natural lash with products and adhesive the salon describes as the best available, and brow shaping and waxing are performed by experienced aestheticians.
