Hair work covers single and double process color, highlights, partial highlights, added color to existing highlights and cellophane treatments, several of which can be booked with a haircut and blow dry. Styling is included at no extra charge with color and perm services. Other hair options include women's and men's cuts, a children's cut, styling only, formal updos, bridal styling with a trial session, and waves, texture waves, design perms and straightening.

On the spa side, facial options include an anti-aging facial, a deep pore facial, an express facial, a teen facial and skincare consultations. Massage choices are a full body Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage that can focus on particular areas. First-time massage clients have a consultation before treatment. A robe and slippers are provided before and after body treatments, the body stays draped except for the area being worked on, and therapists step out while clients undress and knock before returning.

Booking is flexible, with early morning and after-work appointments available. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and a late arrival may shorten the service. Salon services need 24 hours notice to cancel and spa services need 48 hours.
