Every set begins with a consultation covering style, daily lifestyle, the client's features and the result they want. Before each service, staff review preferences, routine, facial structure and how much definition the client wants, then tailor shape, curl, density and colour. The aim is to enhance proportion, symmetry and definition while keeping each client's natural features.

The studio says it uses premium products and strict hygiene at every appointment, and that it has served more than 2,500 clients and has over seven years of artistry. Clients receive aftercare instructions for each treatment and are asked to avoid pulling or rubbing their lashes, since correct application and aftercare are presented as protecting natural lashes.

Booking is by appointment only, through a request form; the studio then contacts clients to confirm availability and details. Lash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Full Volume, Light Volume, Wispy and Mega styles, and most sets look their best for two to three weeks before a refill. Refills are scheduled from 1 to 5 weeks based on the client's last visit, with a 1-week refill window of 4 to 8 days and a 5-week window of 35 days.

Lashes and brows are shaped to each client's existing features, with the aim of enhancing proportion, symmetry and definition while keeping natural features.
