Lush Studio

Lush Studio offers two main groups of service: signature lash sets and skincare treatments.

Bookings are secured with a deposit. Clients get a ten-minute grace period after their appointment time; if they haven't arrived within that window, the appointment is cancelled and they need to rebook into a new slot. Each deposit covers one reschedule, and the change must be requested at least 48 hours ahead to move the deposit to another time. A rescheduling fee of $8 applies, and a change made later than that forfeits the deposit.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation made 24 hours or less before the appointment, or on the same day, is charged 50% of the remaining service balance. A no-call, no-show is charged the full remaining balance.
