The facial menu runs from a 45-minute teen facial and a 60-minute refresh facial with extractions and a shoulder massage up to a 100-minute transformation facial that can combine up to three modalities, such as hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent, LED light therapy or gua sha, followed by advanced serums and extended massage. The studio calls its Lush Ultimate Facial its most advanced; according to the studio, it brings together CO2 oxygenation, HydroFacial with Vortex technology, electro-ion microcurrent, ultrasound, cryotherapy, oxygen spray and a customized serum infusion in one session, using a MediSpa device.

Acne care is a major focus. Acne consultations, offered in person or virtually, look at skin type, acne type and skin tolerance, and cover possible aggravating factors such as foods, medications, cosmetics and stress, with product and treatment recommendations and an information packet. Clients enrolled in the Face Reality Skin Care Program receive maintenance facials every two weeks. According to the studio, the program typically takes six to eight services over three to four months to clear most or all acne, and the studio says it has been used with thousands of clients of all ages. Clients should expect to spend between $120 and $200 on skin care products at the first acne appointment, as home care products are not included in the treatment cost.

Booking terms: there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are subject to a 35% charge. Extended specialty treatments take a small booking retainer that goes toward the service total. The Lush Ultimate Facial requires a $50 deposit when booked online, and the Lush Skin Renewal Facial requires a $35 deposit from new clients booked online. First-time clients cannot book a chemical peel. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final once purchased. Buy now, pay later plans from $50 to $4,000 are available for in-person bookings, subject to approval before the appointment.
