The menu covers hands and feet for adults and children. Manicures and pedicures range from a quick express option to longer treatments with scrubs, masks, paraffin and hot stones. Pedicures are built around named soaks and masks, such as milk and honey, orange, mint, aloe vera, rose petal, chamomile and pearl powder, and the top tier adds collagen hand gloves and a massage.

Enhancements include acrylic full sets and fills in regular, gel, pink and white, and ombre finishes; Gel-X and Builder Gel sets and fills; and dipping powder on natural nails, with or without tips. Extras include cat eye, chrome, French or white tips, a matte top coat, special shapes and length. Custom acrylic sets and nail designs are priced by the technician.

Kids can get basic and deluxe manicures and pedicures, polish changes, and kid dip service. Waxing covers brows, lips, chin, face, underarms, and half or full arms and legs.

Full-set enhancements (acrylic, Light Concept Gel and dipping powder) and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five business days, excluding breakages. Minor fixes within three days of service are complimentary, subject to manager approval, and later repairs for breakages, tears or corner breaks start at $5.

Group parties of five or more guests need to be booked at least one week ahead with a deposit, and the booking must list each guest's name and exact services. Group bookings can be arranged by email at lushnalspa@gmail.com or by phone.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients can arrive up to 10 minutes after their time before the appointment passes to the next client. Services are non-refundable, and pets are not allowed except trained service animals.

The salon uses disposable liners for every pedicure and sterilizes its tools in a dry steam autoclave, with each tool kept in its own pouch. Clients may bring their own nail tools, which are disinfected before use as state law requires. Staff regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge.
