The menu is grouped into brows, lashes and sugaring. The Keratin Lash Lift and Tint also lifts natural lashes and adds a pigment infusion; the studio says results look thicker, darker and longer.

The sugar paste is made from organic sugar, organic lemon juice and water and applied by hand, with no sticks or strips and no double dipping. The studio states that sugaring leaves skin smooth for up to five weeks and reduces ingrown hairs, and that 98 percent of its clients find it hurts less than waxing.

Lash extensions need fills every two to three weeks. A fill with fewer than 20 extensions per eye, or less than 30 percent of the set, requires a full set instead. Clients with adhesive or cyanoacrylate allergies, eye infections or eye disease are not eligible for extensions. Eye makeup such as eyeliner and eyeshadow is allowed with extensions if it is not waterproof, but mascara is not.

The studio works by hand and emphasizes explaining each lash service and its aftercare to clients.
