Lush Beauty Co. is a studio in Camby, Indiana, that organizes its services under three groups: brows, lashes and microblading. Bookings are made through the studio's GlossGenius page, where a card on file is required to secure an appointment.

Lash work is the studio's main focus. Each set is customized to the client, and the portfolio shows styles including Wet set, Light volume, Wispy volume, Hybrid, Volume with color and Angel set. A Full Set takes about two hours, while a Fill takes about an hour and replaces outgrown extensions with new ones. A Touch Up is available within seven days of a previous lash visit, and a color or bling add-on can be added to a full set or fill. Lash Removal is done in about half an hour using a specialized solution that dissolves the extensions.

Brow services cover a range of options. A standard wax takes half an hour, and henna tinting takes the same time, with the tint lasting up to four to six weeks according to the studio. Combining a wax and henna takes an hour. Eyebrow Lamination, which runs about 90 minutes, includes the lamination itself, brow shaping and a henna tint.

Microblading is the other specialty. The studio describes its microblading as natural-looking. The initial appointment takes about 150 minutes and includes a free touch-up at six to eight weeks and an aftercare kit. A $100 deposit is required for the initial appointment. The studio recommends a color boost touch-up session every one to two years to refresh existing microblading, which takes about two hours and carries the same $100 deposit.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations made 48 or more hours ahead are not charged, while cancellations inside 48 hours are charged half the service price. Same-day cancellations under 24 hours and no-call, no-shows are charged in full. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals may be cancelled and charged the full fee. Lash appointments more than seven days after the last visit are treated as fills.

The studio customizes lash sets to each client and describes its microblading as natural-looking. Touch-ups and maintenance visits are scheduled around how long it has been since the last lash appointment.
