The brow menu covers several ways to shape: waxing, tweezing, threading, or tweezers alone, each finished with trimming. Brows can be tinted or colored with a hybrid dye that the business says lasts up to 10 days on the skin and about 6 weeks on the brow hairs. A brow lamination treatment realigns brow hairs for a fuller, lifted look that the business says lasts 3 to 6 weeks. Clients who are sensitive to wax can choose thread or tweezing-only sculpts, and a makeup fill is available with some sculpts. Chin and upper lip removal is offered by wax or thread.

The lash menu includes Classic sets, Full Volume sets using hand-made 2D to 7D fans in soft or full looks, and Mega Volume sets using 8D to 12D fans for a more dramatic result. Refills and touch-ups are available within set time windows. A refill requires at least 45 percent of the extensions to still be in place and must be booked within 21 days of the last visit, otherwise it is booked as a new set. Refills are only offered for lashes done at the studio. The Yumi Lash Lift is a keratin-based treatment for natural lashes that does not use extensions and is said to last up to 8 weeks, with repeat treatments every 6 to 8 weeks.

Appointments have a 5 minute late grace period for brows and 10 minutes for lashes. Cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee equal to the full booked service, and no-shows are charged the full service and blocked from booking future appointments. Extra guests, including children and pets, are not allowed at appointments, and fees and services are not refunded.

Beyond appointments, the business sells brow and lash kits, which it describes as its top sellers, along with serums, cleansers, makeup remover, eye masks, brushes, scissors, and tweezers. Gift cards are available. Online orders ship with standard delivery for $9, taking two to five business days, and are processed Wednesday through Saturday.
