Pedicures include trimming and shaping the nails, cuticle care, removing calluses and hard skin from the toes and heels, and moisturizing; the complete pedicure adds colored gel polish. The set combines a complete manicure and pedicure with color coating, and a design can be included.

Extension appointments start with taking off any existing product, followed by a regular manicure and then the extension application itself. Price varies with the desired length, ranging from 2 to 5 mm up to 30 to 35 mm.

Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius online page. The studio asks clients to give notice as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule, and it charges a 20% cancellation fee. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $180 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
