The haircut menu runs from clipper cuts and skin fades, which use a bald shaver, to precision clipper cuts, layered cuts for longer hair and mid-length cuts. Younger and older clients have their own options, with kid cuts for ages 12 and under and senior cuts for clients 65 and up. Beard trims include a line-up and a steamed towel finish, and bang trims are quick add-ons.

Color work includes single process color, custom foil highlights, balayage tailored to each client, vivid fashion color that may include pre-lightening, gloss and toner, and color correction. Hair color consultations are free and take about ten minutes. Single process and color correction require a consultation first, and color appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final total.

Booking terms include a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Military, police and firefighter discounts apply to several cuts when requested, and a veteran discount applies to senior cuts when asked.
