Each visit starts with a detailed consultation and skin analysis, and the studio chooses products and techniques only after that. The studio says it aims to restore the skin's natural balance rather than cover up concerns. The treatments are designed for all skin types, including sensitive and reactive skin.

The facial menu includes a Custom Facial built around deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a targeted mask and finishing hydration, an Acne-Clarifying Facial for breakout-prone skin, a Dermaplaning Facial that removes dead skin and peach fuzz, a Glow Ritual Facial with customized products, facial massage and aromatherapy, and a Hydration and Anti-Aging Facial. A Chemical Peel is offered for smoothing texture, evening tone and brightening dullness.

Signature techniques include dermaplaning, LED light therapy and microcurrent sculpting. Products come from the Image Skincare professional line, which the studio describes as clean, cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested. According to the studio's FAQ, most facials are non-invasive and need no downtime.
