Guests more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled, and repeat lateness adds a $25 charge. An appointment not attended within 15 minutes of its start is charged 50% of the service. Payment is due when the service is finished, by major credit or debit card, cash or personal check. Prices may change without notice.

If a guest is unhappy with a result, the salon offers a redo when it is reported during the visit or within 3 days; the cost varies. Clients can buy Malibu C products, including the Weft & Extension Wellness Kit at $39.98. Unopened or lightly used products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. The salon has wheelchair access for one wheelchair at a time. Pets other than service animals are not allowed, and service animals should be announced in advance.
