Head spa sessions come in two signature formats: The Ritual, 90 minutes, and The Immersion, 120 minutes. Each one includes eye covering, aromatherapy, a double cleanse, scalp exfoliation, a customized scalp treatment, ozone steam, herbal therapy, a moisture treatment, extended scalp massage, a hair mask, a hot towel and a simple blow dry. The Immersion goes further with deeper scalp work, customized masking, personalized home care suggestions and, where indicated, a microscopic scalp assessment. A weighted wrap or blanket can be added on request. According to the studio, sessions may support scalp circulation, follicle health and hydration, and ease scalp and neck tension; these are the studio's own claims, not guaranteed results. Book around chemical services, since sessions are not advised for two weeks before or after one.
Haircuts are built around fine hair. The menu includes a pixie cut, short and long cuts, and a transformation cut for major changes such as long-to-short cuts, razor cuts or curly hair, which is open to new and existing clients. Blow-dries are included with every cut, and skipping the blow-dry does not change the price. Existing clients can book a dry cut, which requires hair to arrive clean and styled and does not include shampoo or styling. Bang trims are short appointments that also need freshly cleaned and styled hair. Extra time beyond a booked service is charged at $25 per 15 minutes.
Hair recovery takes a wider look at hair loss and thinning. The studio describes this work as integrative and personalized, considering genetics, nutrient status, stress response, hormonal patterns and scalp health. A consultation covers scalp history, lifestyle, stress, nutrition and genetic insight and ends with a plan. Follicle analysis uses four strands of hair and includes a 45-minute results session; it is done in the studio or by mail-in kit for clients outside the area and is recommended every three to four months during an active recovery plan. Genomic testing uses a cheek swab kit sent to the client, with results in approximately six to eight weeks and a personalized walkthrough. Payment plans are available for genomic testing. The studio says its testing lab is CAP and CLIA certified and that client data is never sold. Virtual follow-up is available, and mail-in testing serves clients nationwide.
Booking requires a credit card to secure the appointment. Changes must be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead; a later cancellation is charged half the appointment fee, and cancelling within 24 hours, on the same day, or not showing up is charged the full service amount. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged for the service time. Prices are subject to change. Blow-dry memberships and packages are offered, and membership holders get 10 percent off Crown Reset Ritual add-ons and full-priced retail products. The studio also hosts workshops, seasonal gatherings and other events, where advance registration is encouraged because space is limited. Free parking, Wi-Fi and gift certificates are available. The booking site lists the studio as kid friendly and as not wheelchair accessible. New clients are welcome for haircuts and head spa services, while new color clients are not being taken at the moment.
