Extensions are made from PBT fiber, and the studio does not offer mink, acrylic or flat lashes. Artists are trained in advanced lash work, continuing education and mentorship. The studio also buys and retails extensions from EBL, Lash Box LA and Lash Affair.

The space is comfortable and cozy. Estimated appointment times are about an hour for a classic fill and two hours for a classic full set, with hybrid and wet fills around 1 hour 15 minutes and full sets around 2 hours 30 minutes. Volume fills run about 1 hour 30 minutes and full sets about 2 hours 45 minutes. A Korean lash lift takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. For weddings, the studio suggests booking a full set six to eight weeks ahead and getting fills every two weeks leading up to the day, and it offers a bridal set trial.

Fills are scheduled every 14 to 21 days, and fills booked after 21 days are charged as power fills. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead, while later cancellations are charged half the original service cost. Same-day cancellations, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be rescheduled. If seven or more extensions are lost per day without a natural lash attached, the studio offers a complimentary Fix It appointment when reported within three days of the full set, provided no oils or makeup residue were present. Fix It appointments do not apply when mascara or eye makeup is on the lash line. The studio warns that waxy mascara and pencil eyeliner can reduce lash retention.
