Treatment plans are built and carried out by Registered Nurses rather than a standard protocol. Plans are shaped by skin tone, hair type and what each client wants to achieve, and clients can combine several areas into one custom plan. Medical supervision is provided by Dr. Ryan Nguyen.
A visit usually begins with a 20-minute Initial Screening, which does not oblige the client to book treatment that day. New clients can also arrange a 15-minute virtual meet and greet with a practitioner, with joining instructions sent after booking. The studio describes its appointments as unhurried and says it does not use high-pressure sales tactics.
The studio uses the Candela GentleMax Pro. It offers two wavelengths: Alexandrite 755 nm, which the site lists for light to olive skin tones, and Nd:YAG 1064 nm, listed for darker and tanned skin. The platform is listed as suitable for skin types I through VI, and it uses dynamic cooling along with a chilled-air system that does not touch the skin.
