The spa pedicures move from a short MINI version up to a HOUSE SPA option. Every spa pedicure includes a paraffin wrap, a mask and a hot stone massage. The steps include cutting and shaping, cuticle cleaning, foot buffing, exfoliation and polish. Massage time rises with each tier, from 5 minutes on the MINI to 30 minutes on the HOUSE SPA, and massage can also be added on its own in 10, 15 or 25 minute lengths. The herbal spa pedicure is built on organic lavender, green tea leaf and rose petals, and moves through an herb soak, herb gel exfoliation, herb mask, herb oil massage and herb lotion.

The salon offers more than 2,000 nail polish selections and describes its polishes as top quality. Appointments can be booked online through the website or on the Setmore booking page. Clients are asked to arrive a little early and to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, or to report last-minute changes as soon as possible. Service times shown online may vary slightly, and the salon contacts clients in advance if a delay is likely.

For waxing, hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Clients are advised to avoid sun exposure and heat treatments for two hours before a wax and twelve hours after.

Pedicures follow set step-by-step routines, with the herbal option built on botanical ingredients, and the salon describes its polish selection as top quality.
