Every appointment is one-on-one. New clients start with a virtual or in-person consultation to talk through hair history and goals and to receive a quote. New color and color-correction clients must complete a consultation before reserving a color service. Prices are listed upfront, and the salon is non-gratuity, so tipping is not expected.

Color is the core of the menu. Blonding services cover a bleach retouch for new growth, custom partial highlights for face-framing, crown or top-layer areas, and full highlights for the whole head. Each blonding service includes a toner, a K18 reparative treatment and a professional style, and additional bowls for blonding services are $10 each. Gloss and new growth refreshes are non-lightening options for gray coverage or for refreshing tone, shine and richness, and include a blowout. Partial and full brunette or blonde refreshes are for returning clients who want highlights, balayage or dimensional color touched up between larger appointments, and include a blowout and cut. Full refreshes are not offered for corrective color or major color transformations.

Appointments can only be booked online, and a valid payment card is required. A deposit of $50 applies to every service, or $30 for haircuts. The deposit cannot be refunded or transferred, but it is applied toward any change fee. Changing an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice adds no fee, though the deposit stays with the salon. Changes made within 48 hours carry a $100 fee, or $50 for haircuts, in total. Cancelling on the day of the appointment, or not showing up, results in a charge equal to the starting price of the reserved services. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late need to rebook. Any outstanding balance must be settled before a new booking. The salon does not specialize in short cuts such as men's cuts, pixie cuts or stacked bobs.

The salon works one-on-one with each client, starting with a consultation so the color and cut plan fits the hair's history and goals.
