Appointments can be made online or by phone. Booking online requires a deposit for each service chosen. A first visit opens with a consultation covering preferences, followed by a check of nail health. Nail length is measured with a universal nail form, and the full price is shared with clients before their appointment. Nails up to Level 2 fall within the base rate, while each level above 2 adds $10. Groups can book for wedding parties, birthdays and corporate events.

The menu covers polish and spa manicures and pedicures, builder gel, GEL X extensions and UV gel services, with hard gel sets grouped separately under Nails that Speak Volumes.
