Nail tools are sterilized and disinfected in a clean room, sealed in sterilization pouches and stored under UV until the next service, and single-use items are thrown away after each client. A ventilation system connects every manicure and pedicure station, which the salon says removes dust, airborne pathogens, fumes and vapors.

The gel menu is built around gel lacquer, which is a gel rather than a resin hybrid. The salon describes its No Chip polish as curing completely with a high gloss finish, and its Dazzle Dry nail lacquer as drying in five minutes and lasting seven days or more. Gel polish can last up to two weeks, and a complimentary nail fix is offered within 7 days. This is a natural nail salon, so it does not remove acrylic or hard gel. A waterless dry pedicure is available on request.

Luna Divina books online at any hour. Walk-ins are taken only when the schedule allows, so calling ahead is suggested. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and cancellations can be emailed to contactus@lunadivinanails.com, with the email time stamped before the 24-hour window. Clients who cancel without a call or do not show are charged 50% of the total services on the card on file. There is a 10-minute grace period, and a late or rush fee may apply depending on how late a client is. Groups of five or more pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total, which is applied to services if the whole group arrives on time.

Beyond appointments, the salon has a private party room available by reservation, with a fee of $15 per person receiving a service, and guests may bring treats, decorations and drinks. Pop-up shop space is also offered by reservation to vendors for $75 per day, and gift cards are sold.
