New clients must complete a text consultation with their stylist and pay a deposit before the reservation is confirmed. Each stylist sets the deposit for new clients, and the stylist contacts the client about it. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service total or serve as a cancellation fee. This two-step process applies to first-time clients booking online or in person. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $75 fee applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
Luna on the Go offers house call styling starting at $100, with a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold the location. Travel beyond a 20-mile local radius carries additional fees, and pricing differs for in-state, out-of-state and international trips. For clients under 16, the salon does not perform chemical color services such as dye, bleach, highlights and toners, but it offers non-chemical alternatives for younger clients. The salon also has a zero-tolerance code of conduct covering aggression, harassment and verbal disrespect, and clients who break it have services stopped and future booking privileges revoked.
