Every visit opens with a consultation held before any advice is given, where the team asks about concerns, preferences and longer-term aims. Plans are shaped around each client's worries, goals, daily routine and tastes rather than chosen from a set list. Neurotoxin and filler appointments also start with a consultation covering health background, current medications, allergies, whether someone is pregnant or breastfeeding, and any earlier procedures. IV blends are selected only after reviewing health history, medications, allergies and goals. IV drips do not substitute for diagnosing or treating an infection or another medical condition.

The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute Diamond Glow to a 90-minute Firming Peptide Facial, with a Customized Deep Cleanse taking 60 to 90 minutes. Facial add-ons include dermaplaning, chemical peel, compression therapy, Celluma LED light therapy and gua sha, and Celluma LED is complimentary with facial services. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service, with no hard credit checks and 0% APR options subject to eligibility; plans with interest carry APRs as low as 5.99%, with approvals up to $50,000.
