A visit usually begins with a one-on-one consultation. Each client receives a treatment plan tailored to their needs, and the first consultation before a first treatment is free, so clients can talk through individual skincare concerns before committing.

The injectable menu includes Botox, which typically lasts three to six months, and Daxxify, which takes up to 15 minutes; the spa says its results can last up to four months and recommends repeating it every three to four months. Dermal fillers and lip fillers are also offered, along with GLP-1 treatment.

For skin care, the spa offers microneedling, skin peels and platelet-rich plasma, in which the client's own platelet-rich plasma is injected into the skin. It also sells medical grade skincare from Skinbetter Science and SkinCeuticals.
