Most waxing services come in a standard version and, for many areas, a luxury version. Luxury appointments run longer and add a cleanse, extractions when needed, a mask, serums and a device step such as high frequency or cooling globes. The luxury brow service also includes a jade roller.

Booking happens through GlossGenius. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged 30% of the appointment price, and if the card on file fails, an invoice is emailed and no new appointments can be booked until the fee is paid. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final.

The studio is open Monday and Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Thursday.

The menu is organized around named options for each area, from quick standard waxes to longer luxury sessions with added care steps.
