The signature Bespoke Luminous Facial, starting at $120 and running 60 minutes or more, is not a fixed menu item. The treatment is chosen during the visit after the esthetician assesses the client's skin. Products in the facial include Elemis Pro-Collagen marine technology for firming, a Babor Vitamin C enzyme mask made in Germany for brightening, and a product chosen for its calming Hanbang herbal properties and glowing finish. Other facials on the menu are the Radiant Rose Facial and Pro Collagen Algae Facial, both 90 minutes and $180, and a 60-minute Back Facial at $125 that cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates and includes massage.

Massage and hand and foot care are a large part of the menu. The Relaxing Indian Head Massage, from $45 for 30 minutes or more, includes aromatherapy, a mechanical foot massage, a steaming eye mask and scalp serums. The owner describes it as one of her most requested services. Manicures range from a Classic Manicure at $40 to a Spa Manicure at $60, with the spa version adding a sugar scrub, hand mask, paraffin and hot towel wrap. Pedicures include a Classic Pedicure, a Spa Pedicure with paraffin, hot stone and lower leg massage, and a Girl's Island Princess Pedicure for children ages 5 to 12. Children must be able to sit still, and a parent or guardian must stay for the whole service.

Nail services include gel manicures and pedicures, gel toe polish changes, lacquer toe polish changes and acrylic or dip removal. The portfolio shows gel nail art, French gel manicures and gel tips with chrome nail art. Waxing is performed in a private room and covers lip, brow, jaw, underarm, back, leg, chest, full face, arm and tummy areas, with a range of durations from 10 to 30 minutes.

Appointments carry a few policies to know. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 50% fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a 50% no-show fee applies, and clients are asked to text or call if they are running late. Gift cards are available.

Each visit is meant to feel personal and restful, whether it is a quick wax or a full spa day.
