The studio works one-on-one in a quiet, private space. It does not use universal protocols; each plan is designed around the individual client. Every treatment begins with a consultation that looks at the skin, lifestyle, nutritional triggers and current cosmetics before anything is applied, and clients who are not a good fit for the therapies are told so at that point.

Booking is online and takes about two minutes. An in-person consultation is free, lasts 60 minutes at the Kissimmee studio, and includes a wood lamp exam, a routine audit and a customized protocol. Clients who prefer not to visit in person can book a $55 virtual consultation, which includes a one-on-one video call, a standardized photo evaluation and a custom dermocosmetic plan shipped to them. The $55 fee is credited toward the first treatment package.

The facial menu runs from a Teen Facial at $89.99 and a Back Facial at $99 up to a PRP Facial at $250, with options in between for deep pore cleansing, radio frequency, acne, hydrating care, microneedling and BioRePeel.
