Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius page. Clients receive a reminder by text and email 72 hours ahead, where they can confirm, cancel or change the booking. Changes and cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a share or all of the booked service. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, though the service may be shortened and the original price still applies. Companions or children who are not having a service wait outside the studio.
Color is the main focus. Balayage is hand-painted for a sun-kissed finish, with partial and full options. The menu also includes highlights and lowlights, mini foil, full color, root touch-ups, gloss treatments, low and high impact fashion color, and high impact lightening, plus an ultimate lightening package that takes about six hours and requires a consultation first. Color correction needs an in-person consultation, a $100 deposit, and is not offered to anyone who has used henna in the last three years. Prices may shift with length, density and the difficulty of the result.
Cuts include a signature haircut, an extended-time haircut, and a curly cut built for dry, clean, detangled hair. The curly cut comes with a consultation, curl care advice and product education, and finishes with a diffused look; curly cut options add restoring or crown reset work. Styling covers wash and blow-dry finishes and thermal styling. Treatments include custom hair masks, a chelating hair detox, and two Keratin Complex options, the express version lasting up to six weeks and the NKST version up to five months. Neither is a straightening or relaxing treatment. Waxing is available for the lip, chin, sideburns, eyebrows and underarms.
