Its online booking organizes the menu into feet services, kids services, lash clusters, nail enhancements and waxing services.
Clients booking a double service start with the nail service, then add the feet service or other add-ons to it. The business also has clear policies for changes. Same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the scheduled service or services. For no-call, no-show appointments, a 50% service charge applies, and clients may be asked to provide a card on file, which is charged only in that case.
