About

Lumen & Root is a waxing business in Centennial that takes bookings online through GlossGenius. The business describes its work as rooted in precision, care and simplicity, with attention to the result and to aftercare.

The menu covers the face, the body and the intimate areas. Face services include brows, lip, nose, ear, chin, cheek and sideburns, plus a full-face option. Body services run from hands and feet to full arms, full legs and full back. Intimate services include bikini lines, full bikini, butt strips and Brazilian waxing, for women and men.

Several services are offered as packages of Brazilian waxes, priced below buying each visit separately. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books services as usual. According to the business, its waxes are efficient, comfortable and detail-focused, and they leave the skin smooth. A client review on the home page says the wax was smoother and less harsh on the skin than waxes the reviewer had tried elsewhere.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice carry a 30% service charge, and no-shows are charged 75% of the scheduled service. After three consecutive no-shows, online booking is removed and clients must book by phone or text. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian at the appointment, and bikini services are not offered to minors even with parental consent.

Built on precision, care and simplicity, with attention to results and aftercare.
