Each visit is tailored to the client rather than following a set template. Christina takes time to learn a client's skin before choosing a tool or product, and works with a range of advanced modalities, from microneedling to corrective peels. The space is designed to feel calm and private.

The facial menu runs from The Lumé Renew, a 60-minute facial with one advanced modality matched to the main concern, to The Lumé Reset, a 90-minute facial that combines several modalities chosen during the session, to The Lumé Lux, a 105-minute facial that adds advanced sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and extended scalp, arm, and leg work. The Lumé Lift is a 60-minute treatment that relies on lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting, and buccal massage, with no machines.

Microneedling options include SkinPen Microneedling, a 60-minute session with skin prep and aftercare guidance that is recommended as a series, Liquid Microneedling, which uses needle-free spicule technology to deliver a blend of vitamins and nutrients, and exosome or PDRN treatments that combine microchanneling with a regenerative compound chosen at the appointment. Chemical peels range from a 30-minute resurfacing peel using a selected blend of exfoliating acids to The Perfect Derma Peel, a 30-minute medical-grade peel.

Monthly memberships are offered for the two main facials, along with retail product discounts and birthday retail credit. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
