Services are grouped into brows, lash extensions, and lash lifts and tints. Lash extensions range from a lightweight natural set customized to each client's lash density, to a hybrid of classic lashes and light volume fans, to a wet-look set built from narrow closed fans, to a full volume set of hand-made fans applied to each natural lash, which suits sparse lashes. Refills are available for sets done within the last two weeks, and clients whose extensions were applied by another artist can book a foreign fill for a refresh or redesign. Lash lifts use a Korean technique and can be done with or without a black tint. Brow appointments include waxing, trimming and tweezing, tinting of the brow hair only, and lamination, with a hybrid dye option. Brow services need natural brow hair to work with.

Booking requires a deposit of $10 to $30 depending on the service. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the balance on the day of the visit, and they must be submitted within 30 minutes to hold the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations carry a $30 fee, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo and Cash App, with a $3 processing fee on card payments. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio works with lightweight, comfortable styles that are easy to keep up and gentle on natural lashes, aiming for a look that feels natural day to day.
