Visits follow four steps: a consultation, the service itself, aftercare recommendations, then the finished look. A free 30-minute consultation is offered to help choose a service. Color ranges from root melts and gloss toners to base color, all-over color and corrective work. Highlighting includes partial and half-head highlights, full highlights and hand-painted balayage. Extensions use 100% premium Remy human hair, applied with hand-tied or machine weft methods, and weft maintenance includes a move-up between installations. Treatments include an express frizz-control service with a blowdry and a smoothing treatment, which the salon says lasts 3 to 5 months with proper aftercare. Signature blowouts begin with a scalp massage and backbar wash and last 3 to 5 days, according to the salon.
Balayage is painted freehand and designed to grow out without harsh lines. The salon suggests a full balayage refresh every 4 to 6 months, with gloss refreshes in between, and recommends a purple or blue toning shampoo once a week to manage brassiness in lightened hair.
