The Be Clear facial is designed for acne and acne-prone or oily skin and can focus on extractions. The Sensitive Skin Treatment Facial is for sensitive or sensitized skin and aims to calm inflammation, redness and itchiness. The Max is an anti-aging facial that adds hydration for lines on the face, neck and décolleté, using hyaluronic acid, plant stem cells, enzymes and vitamin C. The Illuminating Facial is a brightening treatment that addresses hyperpigmentation, and the Signature Facial includes aromatic steam towels, a vitamin C exfoliating mask and a hydrating mask. A 45-minute Teen Facial and an 80-minute Dermaplaning Facial are also offered, and the dermaplaning facial does not include the hand and arm massage.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with prices by area from a single small section up to full arm and full leg, and every body wax includes take-home after-wax cream for home care. The Brazilian Maintenance service is for clients returning within 3 to 4 weeks of their last wax; a return after more than 4 weeks is changed to the full Brazilian service. Lash and brow services include brow tweezing, brow and lash tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and a combined lash lift and tint. The site describes its lash lift products as having third-party clinical trials, low chemical content, and being vegan and cruelty free.

First-time facial clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. A free 10-minute in-person consultation is available for product and skin questions. The studio charges a 75% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations of appointments made within 24 hours. Hours are Wednesday 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, with Monday, Tuesday and Sunday closed.
