Rescheduling can be done online up to 24 hours before an appointment. Online cancellation is only available within 15 minutes of booking; after that, clients need to contact the salon directly. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may be charged 25% of the scheduled total, and no-shows who do not get in touch may be charged 50%. If the salon cancels, no cancellation fee applies. Clients who arrive late may get a shorter or modified service while the full price can still apply.
