Brows are a major part of the menu. Brow lamination is a chemical process that relaxes brow hairs so they are easier to style, and it can be combined with threading, waxing or tinting. Brow shaping by wax or threading and simple tinting are also available on their own. Threading suits clients with very sensitive skin who cannot tolerate wax. A free 15-minute consultation is offered for clients who want to talk through options first.

The facial menu runs from quick express treatments to longer sessions. An express brightening treatment includes a lactic peel, and the lactic peel is also sold as a maintenance step that follows a full or express brightening treatment. The business describes lactic peels as a chemical exfoliation for age spots, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. Dermaplaning and the hydra-dermabrasion facial are not booked for clients with active acne. The hydra-dermabrasion facial adds serum infusion and red light therapy.

Three monthly memberships bundle services at discounted rates. The Gold plan covers a short threading, waxing or express facial massage. The Platinum plan covers a cavitation therapy session or a skincare facial. The Diamond plan covers an hour of hydro-dermabrasion or a skincare facial. Memberships require a three-month commitment, renew and bill on the fifth of each month, and their benefits are non-transferable and do not roll over. Cancellations and non-renewal notices need at least three days' notice before the renewal date, or a $25 short-notice fee may apply. An early cancellation fee of at least $25, or 33% of the remaining uncharged months, whichever is greater, applies during the commitment.
