Pricing is listed as starting prices, and the final cost depends on the stylist's experience, hair length, texture, thickness and the result you want. Cost rises with the experience level of the stylist. New clients who want color should book a free consultation, which takes about 15 minutes with a stylist. A free consultation is also offered for extensions and is recommended for first-time clients.

Booking requires a $75 deposit for color services, applied to the service and non-refundable. Extensions require a deposit of half the cost when ordered. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a charge on the remaining balance; late cancellations are charged half the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the missed service. If you are unhappy with a service, you can request a complimentary adjustment within 7 business days. Services are not refunded.

The salon says stylists follow State Board of Cosmetology sanitation and safety guidelines, and that brushes and combs are cleaned and sanitized between clients or replaced with new ones. Clients are asked to mention any allergies to their stylist before services begin.
