Every visit begins with a consultation. The salon says its approach rests on honest communication, so clients can talk through their goals, hair history and maintenance before any color or cut is planned. Clients should know that the salon may decline a service when a hair condition is risky, a request is unsafe or unrealistic, or chemical history has not been disclosed.
The menu includes highlights in three sizes, balayage, color retouches, single-process color, color correction, toner refreshes, haircuts and blowouts for women, men and children, bang trims, and add-on treatments. Color correction is a multi-step process that can span more than one visit, and the salon does not promise a finished result in one appointment. The salon says it adheres to the regulations of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, with a possible fee of up to half the service price for later changes, and a no-show without notice is charged in full. Guests arriving 10 to 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved. Concerns about a service must be raised within 7 days, and fixes are scheduled within that window rather than refunded. Only guests receiving services may be in the salon, and clients who are ill are asked to reschedule. Cash, credit and debit cards, and digital payments are accepted, and tipping is appreciated but not expected. A free 15-minute color consultation is also available.
