The salon says its goal is to provide beauty services with up-to-date products and a cleaning method that is safe for every client, and it states that it holds itself to high safety and hygiene standards. Instruments are sterilized with a medical-grade method. Pedicure tub liners are disposable and replaced after each client, and each guest is given a personal disposable pouch to throw away or take home.

Pedicures come in five levels, from a 30-minute classic service to a 75-minute luxury session. The higher levels add steps such as a warm soak, sugar scrub, mud or cream masks, paraffin wax, callus removal and a hot stone massage. Dip powder is offered on natural nails, as a full set, or with French or ombre finishes, and removal of old dip or gel is priced separately. Nail enhancements include acrylic fills and full sets, liquid gel fills and sets, and Gel X extensions.

Clients can book through the salon's online booking page and pay by cash or card. The salon is open Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on Tuesdays. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Clients with health concerns are asked to mention them before the service begins. If a client is not happy with a service, it is re-performed within three days at no cost. Services are not refundable, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
