The business has two locations: 280 W Baseline Rd in Rialto, CA 92376, and 8248 Sierra Ave in Fontana, CA 92335. Both are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Pedicures are the largest part of the menu, with several tiers. A Regular Pedicure covers nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, an oil massage, warm towels and polish. The Collagen Pedicure adds a soak, a coconut sugar scrub, a cool mask, collagen socks and a hot oil massage. The Lucien Pedicure is the deluxe option, with a choice of scent, a four-step treatment, a hot stone massage and collagen socks. The Luxurious Pedicure is a step-by-step service with a hot stone massage and a complimentary soda or water. The Golden Pedicure is a five-step treatment that uses a gold and collagen soak, massage, moisturizing and a fresh orange and hot oil candle, along with a complimentary drink.
Nail enhancements cover regular fills and full sets, color powder, dipping powder, ombre powder, Gel X and builder gel. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, chest, underarms and bikini area, plus eyebrows and side burns. Waxing prices vary with the amount and type of hair.
The salon says it follows high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and that services are tailored to each client's needs. It describes its space as relaxing and serene. Clients who are not satisfied with a service can contact the salon within 7 days, and the salon offers free fixes for gel polish chips, peeling, broken nails and lost rhinestones or gems within that period, subject to the limits set out in its policies.
