Sarah is a licensed cosmetologist with eight years in the field and has specialized in individual eyelash extensions for about three years. The menu includes classic one-to-one sets that add length and depth, volume sets using two or three extensions per natural lash, light volume and brown-lash options, fills, a perm-style lash lift that curls natural lashes from root to tip, and removal.

New clients book through the booking app, then text or leave a voicemail to open a slot, since slots are limited. The full address is shared within 24 hours of the appointment, once the client confirms. Clients complete a consent form for new services, avoid caffeine beforehand, and arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Guests are not allowed at appointments. Aftercare asks clients to keep lashes dry and away from heat, steam and sweat for six hours, avoid makeup and oil products on lashes, and cleanse daily.

Cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment incurs a $25 fee, and cancelling within less than 6 hours or no-showing may be charged 50% of the service price. Clients arriving 15 minutes late without notice have their appointment cancelled, and cancellations without communication require rebooking with a $25 deposit. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle or Square; cash must be the exact amount and Square payments carry a processing fee. Refunds are not provided.
