The salon says its goal is to give every guest professional nail care in a clean, comfortable and welcoming space. The team follows sanitation practices for tools, work areas, manicure stations and pedicure areas. Guests with allergies, sensitivities, injuries or nail or skin concerns are asked to tell their technician before the service begins.

Guests can drop in without an appointment, though availability depends on which technicians are free. To book, use the Treatments page online, call, or send a text to (323) 272-3714. Opening times run from 10 AM to 7 PM for the first six days of the week, with a shorter 10 AM to 5 PM schedule on Sundays. Guests are asked to arrive punctually: if they come late, their service may be shortened, changed or moved to another time. Changes and cancellations need at least an hour's notice. Late cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit, which is not an added fee but counts toward the total once an appointment is completed. Street parking can be found nearby, though how much is open depends on the time of day.

Gift cards from $25 to $200 are sold and never expire. They are emailed on the date the buyer chooses and redeemed by showing the email at the front desk. If a gel color chips or peels within seven days of service, guests are asked to contact the salon, which may offer one complimentary touch-up in the same color after review. Prices for nail enhancements and other services can vary with nail length, shape, removal, nail art complexity and the condition of existing nails, and extra charges are explained beforehand where possible.
