Haircuts are booked by length, short or long, and each includes one of the salon's signature blowouts. Blowouts and blowdry lessons can also be booked on their own. Color covers balayage, traditional foil highlights, single process color applied at the roots or throughout, and gloss, which can be added to color or booked separately.

Bridal work is a longstanding part of the salon, and Lauren Paglionico has led the bridal team since 2013. Hair and makeup can be provided at the client's location in several combinations: hair only, makeup only, both together, or as a getting-ready service. According to the salon, work from its bridal team has appeared in outlets including The New York Times, Brides, The Anti-Bride, Martha Stewart Weddings and several other publications. Bridal services, keratin treatments and hair extensions carry a deposit of 50%, which is non-refundable.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Mondays by request. Clients can book individual or group appointments, packages and gift cards online, or reach the salon by phone, text or email. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged a share of the booked services to the card on file, and same-day cancellations or misses are charged in full. Services are non-refundable, though the salon offers one complimentary correction if notified within 48 hours of the appointment and rebooked within 5 days.

The salon aims for looks that feel modern, natural and personal to each client. Extension work begins with a consultation, and pricing is set during that appointment.
