Clients are asked to keep a credit card on file when they book. A deposit of 25% of the service amount is required before an appointment and is deducted from the service fee. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made without 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service amount, and a no-show is charged the full amount. On multi-service visits, a late cancellation is charged 100% of the primary service and 50% of any additional services. If a cancellation falls inside 48 hours, 20% of the fee can be put toward a later appointment as a rebooking fee.

Clients have a 15-minute grace period if they arrive late. Repeated lateness leads to a charge of 50% of the service amount and a requirement to rebook. The salon may decline service to anyone who presents a health or safety risk, such as lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness, or rude or obnoxious behavior.
