The salon focuses only on locking and does not offer traditional loc services. Every service is booked by appointment.

Locks are formed entirely from the client's own hair, with no fake hair or extensions added. Finished locks can be worn curled, pinned up, twisted, in cornrows, or straight.

A visit begins with a consultation that reviews the client's hair care history and covers care, maintenance, shampooing, product lines, settling-in and re-tightening. The consultation may include test locks to show how the hair locks and what lock size suits it. A locking session may take two days. The first follow-up, a check-in with re-tightening at four weeks, may run two to five hours. Re-tightening is then needed every three to eight weeks, depending on hair growth and lock size.

Pricing depends on hair texture, length and the consultant. The total cash price is given at the consultation and covers the consultation, establishment, a starter kit, a welcome kit and the first re-tightening. A cash deposit is due at consultation and the balance is due on the day of establishment, before services. Card payments carry a 2.75% service charge. The new client consultation fee is non-refundable. Transfer clients complete a transfer consultation, which has its own non-refundable fee, before services begin. Current clients book their next re-tightening directly with their consultant, and prospective clients are asked to reach out by text message.
