Services cover a wide range of nail work: manicures and pedicures with soaks, scrubs and massage, gel polish changes, builder gel and polygel, acrylic sets and fills, and Gel-X and full-coverage extensions. Freestyle sets in custom acrylic or gel are offered, and clients can bring inspiration photos for acrylic designs to be recreated. Nail art ranges from simple two-nail designs to encapsulated or 3D work, chrome, foils, stickers, rhinestones and charms.

Children ages 3 to 10 can book manicures, pedicures or a combined Little Luxe session, which can be customized for an extra charge. Men can book a manicure or pedicure focused on cleaning, shaping and moisturizing. Repairs for cracked, broken, split or chipped nails are charged per nail, and if more than four nails need repair in one visit, a full-service appointment must be booked.

The suite is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service applies if the client does not communicate at least 12 hours before the appointment. Buy Now Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set or custom amounts and can be sent right away or scheduled, with an optional message; gift card sales are final.
